With Act 3 mastered 3 Freeze, its only move while having some things left to learn, this brings it to C. But there is still hope, Koichi hasn’t had Act 3 for long, so there is the possibility of learning new things as time goes on. With only 3 Freeze in its arsenal, it looks like it’s mastered all it can. Echoes Act 3 displays the least potential among the individual Stands, if you minus the egg form. He’s able to choose which target gets the heavy treatment as long as it’s within 5 meters. Was able to be damaged normally by Killer Queen without his bomb power. Great power comes lower range, after all.ĭurability: Downgrade from B to C. Unlike Acts 1 and 2, his range is only five meters which sadly brings it to D rank. Echoes Act 3 is super fast, able to create wind pressure just by moving. Being bigger and humanoid means it can harm enemies, but not all that much.
While it does have a very unique ability to increase the weight of anything it touches, it’s a non-damage effect, which means Act 3′s power comes from its normal power. Like its previous forms, Echoes - Act 3 is hopelessly weak, losing in any hand to hand combat. Moreover, Echoes can only affect one target at a time, making it good for one-on-one battles, as the effects of 3 Freeze transfers to the user if it affects a Stand, but when faced with multiple opponents alone puts Echoes at a disadvantage. There are a few limitations to this power: it only has an effect radius of 5 meters and if Echoes leaves this radius, the effects will wear off until Echoes activates it once more. The effects become stronger when Echoes gets closer to the target. Instead, Act 3 has an ability that it calls “Act 3 - 3 Freeze” that has the power to make an object within 5 meters increase in weight starting off small, but will soon find that even the ground beneath them can’t support its weight. Unlike its two earlier forms, Act 3 does not use words to attack and is completely sentient, requesting orders from Koichi.
